This small model is only 8-1/2 inches long and, with 118 pieces, takes just 15 to 30 minutes to construct. It is a good beginner building set for younger kids and also suitable for collectors who aren't looking for a huge building challenge. The ship features wings that fold in and out and a detachable canopy (although a hinged canopy would be preferable). One Clone V-Wing Pilot minifig comes with the set and fits within the fighter's cockpit. I love this set. It's a good set because there's no "flick-fire missle" crap on it. (The flick-fire missle feature on any set is usually crap). Ok, I'm calming down now. It's really durable; very solidly built when fully assembled. It also looks like the real thing from the movie. It really is a great set!!!

I don't know why Amazon insists on charging so much. It sells nearly everywhere else for considerably less than the $32 at which it is currently offered.

If you are a Lego Star Wars maniac like I am or not,the V-wing is a must have! It is a lot of fun to play with and almost NEVER breaks.It comes with a cool clone trooper pilot and an R-7 droid. It has two big wings at the top and four smaller wings at the top and bottom. Both kinds of wings can move. There are also two large blasters and two little blasters. The large blasters are above the little blasters. It is not at all hard to assemble, and if you are new to Legos this is a good one to start off with. The only down part is that the clone pilot does not come with a blaster so you have to add one. But other than that, it is a pretty much all-around good set. I think it is one of the great ones!!

My 11 yr. old son loves Lego's in general. I brought him a few of the Star Wars Legos for Christmas and he put them together rather quickly and has been enjoying them ever since.
He claims he wants to be an Architect so maybe Legos do have an educational value as well.

Well there is a bounty hunter H.Q. and Clone one too, so there probaly should be a jedi one too. All Jedi members are neutral and won't attack clones or bounty hunters(Although I can't see how you could do that) unless they implicate the fight. Just talk about Star Wars and go on Jedi Missions(The Council will assign you one) and have fun! May The Force Be With Us All!
