the Hoth rebel base is good,but the rebel craft is weak around the wings. Other than that i rate it a 5 star toy!

As a seller who does NOT gouge our customers I feel it important to explain why these sets become SO......... expensive. LEGO themselves LIMIT the production AND the distribution of these sets, especially to small retailers. They also give a LIMITED run and usually stores like toys r us will get these first. They sell at a low price to move them, but once the shipment is sold, thats it. Smaller sellers pay up to 30 % MORE for each set so they can make them available for their customers. Add to that the fees to sell and shipping costs. LEGO sets hold value and their value increases VERY quickly which is why you will see prices rise. YES some do greatly overprice and others just enough to cover their costs to obtain the sets for the customer. Bottom line, This is a fun, large set with great mini figures. It will hold its value and be loved for years to come. You can also ADD smaller sets to it to build on the HOTH theme. Shop around and buy from a trusted seller.Enjoy this great set :)

This set is great, I only hope that more sets like this and the Cloud city set come out soon. It's easy to put togeter, and looks great with the rest of the Star Wars line of Legos!

This set was extremely hard to find to buy. Lego always pushes the imagination. My son will sit for hours and create. The star wars line is very cool. The only thing I would have improved with this set is the durability of the set after it is built. The pieces seperate very easily, sometimes falling apart in the middle of play. Other than dealing with tears of frustration when the toy fell apartLego Star Wars Hoth Rebel Base 7666, this set is cool.

I AGREE! THIS PRICE IS OUTRAGEOUS AND HOPEFULLY A MIS-PRINT.Toysrus and Target offer it for $59.00. Lego on their site offer it for $49.00.
WHAT'S GOING ON? I guess I will shop elsewhere.

Hey, have any of you seen the Bionicle comics topic "Author's Hangout 5"? It's this really cool topic where you can make your own stories! They are split up into parts like this: Part 1: blablabla. Part 2: blablabla. Part 3: bla... ...and so on. But that is a Bionicle topic only! Then I thought, "Mabye I should make one for Star Wars. After all, people should be able to there own stories for Bionicle AND Star Wars. Oh yes! One more thing. Each part is a new post. Well there is a bounty hunter H.Q. and Clone one too, so there probaly should be a jedi one too. All Jedi members are neutral and won't attack clones or bounty hunters(Although I can't see how you could do that) unless they implicate the fight.
