3 out of 5 stars Age specific   December 22, 2008
We gave this to our then five year old last year. He lost most of the pieces on the same day he opened them. I would get this for a 6 or 7 year old kid.

4 out of 5 stars Very neat way to count down Christmas   December 4, 2008

Talk about a neat advent calendar! We were very confused, however, upon opening the box as to what to do with this set. We actually are rocket scientists here and since there were no instructions, you have to flim-flam around until you figure out the picture. Anyway, upon opening the box, there is a beautiful Christmas scene with the Lego city boats transporting numerous Christmas trees. Behind each door is a picture of what is supposed to be built for the day, and it's quite fun punching the door open to discover which item is going to be built for the day. My only complaint with this set is that it would be an entire different experience if Lego would change it to actually build something like, say the boat they pictured on the box. Maybe build a piece of it each day. Other than that, it's just a very neat to make the town come alive with Christmas Anyway, grab this set, you WON'T be disappointed! Recommend!

5 out of 5 stars Great fun for the family   December 1, 2008
My boys (5 & 7) were so excited about this. I will definitely do another kit next year. If you have Lego kids, this will be a fun advent activity.

4 out of 5 stars Enjoyable surprise for 24 Days!   January 23, 2008

My nine-year old had lots of fun discovering a toy every day for 24 days. As other reviewers have mentioned, it would be better if more of the items were holiday-related, but my child can always find use for any type of Legos so overall this was a good item. The items are "City" type Legos. Some parts are very small so I would not recommend this for very young children.

5 out of 5 stars fun for everyone   January 19, 2008

It was awesome. My son,8, looked forward to opening a door each day. I thought the amount of Legos and specialized pieces made it a fair price.
I will warn, however, that Amazon did not send this out in time for the first day of Advent. It came on Dec 7th for us, about two weeks after I ordered it. I really thought it would have come sooner than that. So preplan!

CLONE H.Q.
I have made a Clone H.Q. because there is a Bounty Hunter H.Q. Now the clones don't need to share their battle plans with the bounty hunters. Here are some Jobs: 1st In Command: General Shock 2nd In Command: 3rd In Command: Head Pilot: Head Spy: Head Bomb Specialist: Head Strategist General: General: Commander: Commander: Spy: Bomb Specialist: Strategist: Strategist: Rocket Trooper: Trooper: Pilot: If your job isn't on here, tell me!

STAR WARS ROLEPLAY!(CONTINUATION)
Hey other roleplayers, The mods are going to lock the first Roleplay and they told us to make a new one. It has the same rules; Here is a list of what you can be: Clone Commander: You get to order others around and carry cool gear and stuff! Clone Sharpshooter: Use a really awesome long-range blaster and snipe out the enemy! Clone Pilot: Pilot the various vehicles in the Clone Wars, like the V-19 Torrent! Clone Technician: Fix the broken-down vehicles. A very needed postion. Clone Trooper: Fight for the Rebublic! AUTHOR'S HANGOUT STAR WARS EDITION
Hey, have any of you seen the Bionicle comics topic "Author's Hangout 5"? It's this really cool topic where you can make your own stories! They are split up into parts like this: Part 1: blablabla. Part 2: blablabla. Part 3: bla... ...and so on. But that is a Bionicle topic only! Then I thought, "Mabye I should make one for Star Wars. After all, people should be able to there own stories for Bionicle AND Star Wars. Oh yes! One more thing. Each part is a new post. Well, as soon as this topic gets up there, I'll write my story, so stay tuned!

JEDI H.Q.
Well there is a bounty hunter H.Q. and Clone one too, so there probaly should be a jedi one too. All Jedi members are neutral and won't attack clones or bounty hunters(Although I can't see how you could do that) unless they implicate the fight. Just talk about Star Wars and go on Jedi Missions(The Council will assign you one) and have fun! May The Force Be With Us All!

STAR WARS SCHOOL 2
I am making this school because of 1777uihn's idea. It will have the same rule as Kit-Fisto7's but the test's will be a bit differnt.
