I got this for my Birthday a few years ago. This set is always on the frontline of my lego clone army. Without this set I would have nothing to match agianst my HUGE droid army. This set will go very well with the AT-TE coming out this year, which I also hope to get. Only con is frame is a bit fragile. Most of the reviews here are from people who tried to give this toy to someone younger than 12. This lego is not to be played with by young kids, thats not what its meant for, most of the entire lego Star Wars series was built to be displayed, thats what Lego stated when they first came out. Obviously an 8 year old is gonna roll it around and crash it or put pressure on it, of course it's gonna break. That's why they put age ranges on these items, these people are not listening and buying them for younger kids, just like they buy Mature rated video games for younger kids and are surprised when the child starts swearing.

My son wanted this for a long time, and he finally got it for Christmas. Once it was assembled, the frustration began. The construction is not very sturdy and my son had to keep putting wheels or panels back on. Other Lego sets have been much more durable. This set appears to be made for display, and not for play.

I got this for my nephew for Christmas. He loves this and was very happy to get it. Ordering and delivery was easy and fast.

I was looking forward to giving my son something non-video game related for Christmas. Even though it was expensive, it was a nice change for a 12 year old. He specifically requested the Star Wars Turbo Tank. It is now in pieces on the floor of his room because it is so fragile. You can barely touch it or it falls apart and don't even try to put it back together once it does or it makes it even worse. It's very cool to look at but we are both greatly disappointed by a normally quality object. I would not recommend it at all.

What Gadgets/vehicles do you think the clone troopers/battle droids/stormtroopers/rebel could use? List it like this: Name of Gadget/Vehicle Designed for use by (insert stormtroopers, battle droids, etc here) What it does Why it would be useful To start: Emergency Teleport Device Clone troopers Teleports to a pre-set location. It would be useful because Clone troopers sometimes need to get out of sticky situations in a hurry, report to HQ, etc. I will rate your gadgets from one to five. (OH NO!!! Hello Lego Star Wars fans! If you were a Lego Star Wars character what planet would you live on? I would live on coruscant because it is a big city.
WHO IS BETTER? A STORMTROOPER OR A CLONETROOPER?
Title says all. I think its a clone trooper because they are better at aiming, are more intelligent, help their injured companions, are independent, can work together, and have better armour. I know they seem better because they were only CGI (but didn't seem like it) and that the stormtroopers were older, and from the original Star Wars movies, I still like clones.
