Product Description Build the palace of one of the nastiest creatures in the galaxy -- Jabba the Hutt. Jabba has captured Princess Leia and is holding her prisoner. Luke has come to save the day, but must look out for hidden twists and traps. The palace floor opens and sends Luke tumbling to the dungeon below if he's not careful. Also, watch out for EV-9D9 and her droid factory. Set includes Jabba the Hutt, Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, EV-9D9, B'omarr Monk and a Power Droid. Contains 234 LEGO pieces.

Jabba the Hutts Palace May 9, 2005 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This Lego is one of the best Lego sets I have seen in years. This set includes Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia Slave form, Jabba the Hutt, and two driods that I have no clue what the names are. This set has tons of cool things like a trap door, moving stairs, moving gates, and moving walls for more fun. The only thing is that this set didn't come with the Rancor monster they even didn't sell it seperitly. But other then that this set is good.
weapons galore! January 21, 2004 5 out of 9 found this review helpful
This set has all sorts of hidden weapons on it. One of the droids has 4 samurai swords, you can use the torches as spiky staff, Jabba can be used as a giant man-eating slug, and if this is your first big lego base, arm Luke and Leia each with 2 samurai swords. Other than that, this is an all around good base.
Where's the Rancor?! June 13, 2003 5 out of 7 found this review helpful
This is a fun little playset. It's a little more reminiscent of the Harry Potter sets than it is typical Star Wars fare (i.e. playset vs. model), but it's still not disappointing. Well... to be honest... I have two small complaints. In order to TOTALLY COMPLETE this set, you also need to buy "Jabba's Prize" and "Jabba's Message". Sneaky, George, sneaky. (Or is that the Lego company being sneaky? Heh heh)And then, below the actual working trapdoor, the playset opens up to reveal... a big empty space devoid of a Rancor. So, Luke falls through the trap door, but what's gonna try to eat him? If they come out with another set called "Jabba's Rancor" (or "Jabba's Big Nast Pet"), first I'll scream... then I'll probably buy it. Sigh. Other than the hilarious take on the Slave Leia minifigure (you've never seen Leia like THIS), this set also includes Luke (in mysterious black, Emperor-like robe), a "Gonk" Droid, a Bo'marr monk spider/droid, the supervisor droid, and of course, Jabba himself in all his plastic, non-CGI glory. Oh, just buy it and build your own Rancor!
Lego Slave Leia? Buy it for that alone... April 1, 2003 5 out of 10 found this review helpful
First, George Lucas finally allows Kenner to give us Slave Leia in a 3 3/4 inch fig and now he's allowed Lego to do it. Although it is not actually possible for a Lego figure to be sexy, the effect is...well...appreciated? This almost makes up for Episodes 1 and 2 being so awful...
Jabba and his palace March 6, 2003 4 out of 8 found this review helpful
First, the palace is a little difficult to build. But you need patience and expierence. Me, I had no pacience at the time. Next there is the creativity. I love the design and the detailing of this model. Also the characters are very unique. I like the detailing of the characters. To me it looks so real like in the movie.
