Product Description Challenge the Battle Droids! Qui-Gon Jinn needs to get through the locked door but the battle droids are out to stop him! Can Qui-Gon defeat them? Includes Qui-Gon Jinn, Commander Battle Droid, and new Security Battle Droid.
Editorial Review This compact 52-piece mini-set features elements needed for a Jedi knight to defend himself against two elite battle droids. The droids have their own weapons and the Jedi comes with a lightsaber and cape, but most of the set's pieces are for the construction of the sliding panel door through which the Jedi can escape. For that reason, Jedi Defense II is best used as a supplement to a larger Star Wars LEGO set, since it has relatively limited potential for action on its own. --Jane Snyder

Nice! July 17, 2003 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The paper-ish cape is really cool. It even comes in cardboard so that it won't get smashed or ripped before you open the box. The lightsaber is also really cool, and the droids are great!
However, I don't like that the blocks that go in the back. They are just 2 really tall block instead of separate ones, even though they are hidden by the front part. I'll be tearing this apart and using it to build other stuff (like I do with all of my Lego and MegaBlok sets) and I like to have a lot of versatility.
YES! Cool battle droids!!! August 1, 2002 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Jedi defense II is a pretty cool set. There isn't much to it but what there is is cool. It comes with Qui-Gon Jinn and 2 unique battle droids. (A command officer and a security droid) To make it worth its already high price..., it comes with an opening blast door. It's fun to have the droids win or have Qui-Gon chop them up with the door or his saber. You can re-enact the movie [with} this and Jedi defense I, but even that isn't too fun. It's better to make you own adventures. I'd recommend buying this set if it's on sale, though it's very, very cool...
Overall a nice set April 25, 2002 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
What you get with lego set #7204 is Qui-Gon Jinn (who I don't think we'll see as a minifig very much in the future), and two battle droids: one a security level and the other a commander. The thing about the battle droids is that they are much nicer in person than on any picture -- their legs are stationary but that helps them to stand up. Of course, they won't be standing for long, as I have a feeling Master Qui-Gon will prevail. This set really works well paired with Jedi Defense I -- the blast door apparatus is rather nice as well, it has a door that can slide in from the top. Other features include: Qui-Gon's cape, lightsaber, and guns for the droids. The only complaint I have about the Jedi Defense sets is that Obi-Wan (in Defense I) has his braid drawn on his shirt, other than that the details are great. Enjoy!
Wooonwww FFFFFzzzzzBhhhhhhh March 26, 2002 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
Those are the sounds I make while playing with this toy. Yeah we all know how awesome Star Wars is. Yeah we all know how fun Legos are. So combining the two was clearly pure genius. About this individual toy I would like to say a few words. First of all it is the ONLY toy where you will get OOM-9 and the Elite Battle Driods. All the other driods in other sets are just regular ones. Also if you happen to have a young Obi-Wan Figure laying around you can do this: Take off Qui-Gon's hair then, put Obi-Wan's hair on Qui-Gon and you've got.....EP.II OBI-WAN! Yep, I've got way to much time on my hands...Anyway, Buy it. Love it.
